How to do that?

If you don't have access to that server, then you can't redirect it. If
you have access to the DNS entry you can change that to point to your
box (assuming you have a static IP).

If you just want to develop the site on your box, there is no need to
redirect anything. Just add an entry in your /etc/hosts, like
'mycompany', add the appropriate vhost entry in your apache
configuration, and you're done. (See the Apache documentation for
setting up VirtualHost (vhost) entries.)
