[SLE] Re: lywwing - was [SLE] OT - is there an off-topic list?

I keep getting mails from lywwing that quote an entire previous message and have no new content, like the one below. Several of them also have the subject changed to lywwing@xxxxxxxxxx Is anybody else seeing this?

I thought there was a Suse "off-topic" mailing list for things not directly related to Suse/Opensuse - I can't find it on the opensuse website...

Doesn't it exist anymore or did I just mean there was one?

somewhere else than network solutions, because WHOIS always leads to a webpage saying network solutions is the worst registrar)
