[SLE] Genius MousePen 5x4

OK. I've googled around for a driver for this graphics tablet and the mouse
works out of the box. However I need to get the pen working. I can click and
get a response from the pen but I cannot move the mouse cursor with the pen.
Anyone any ideas?
