A few days ago, I found the way to change the background color for the
titles of icons on the desktop. I can't find it again, and it bugs me,
since I have changed the background color of the desktop. What I'd really
like to do is make the title background transparent, as it is in Windows
XP, but that doesn't seem to be an option. How do I get back to the title
background control? (9.3)
