Anybody know what this means?

Thanks, Dave
It means the queue is full. It may come from a faulty USB driver somewhere along the line. See http://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos/2006-January/059093.html
which suggests:

rmmod ohci_hcd
modprobe ohci_hcd

as temporary relief, although it does not fix the problem. Do a google search with that message and quite a bit of hits come up.
