There is a complete list of both "official" and other additional
installation sources at opensuse.org, at
http://en.opensuse.org/Additional_YaST_Package_Repositories. There is
also a link to instructions on how to add installation sources in Yast.
Everything is listed there, including the new repositories at
http://software.opensuse.org/download where you can eg. upgrade your
version of KDE.
