Re: [opensuse] ipod takes over my bus

Why sure you silly newbie any old one of us high and mighty farts
could have told ya that you simply edit the setting for dev/sda2
out of /etc/fstab and all will be well at next logon. But we're
too busy to give a moments consideration to anything that isn't
completely off topic so that we can discuss THAT ad naseum.
Glad you were able to help yourself.

Hopefully someone can explain how I "reset" what ever needs reset to
fix my USB connections.
When I plug the drive into my USB socket, turn it on and as soon as
you try to access it, it throws an Error saying something like....
Cannot mount /mnt/ipod \
Same with my vidcamera.
Both devices worked fine until recently.
My grandson asked me to reformat his iPod on my Linux box b/c it
would not read on his Windows machine anymore. Did that and he got
it working again then I guess, hasn't complained anymore about it,
but now everything I plug into the USB is ID'd as a iPod.
How do I fix this?

Thanks!
