Re: [opensuse] USB permissions screwed after last online update

Hello everybody!

I just noticed that I can't access my digital camera or my scanner as a
non-priviledged after the last online update... The only way to do it is,
as you guessed, being logged in as root... which is not what I like...

Is there any place I should take a look at or a way to fix the permissions?

TIA,
Martin

Sorry, Martin, no answer here, just an additional question, possibly related:
is this why, since the last update (10.0), my USB thumbdrive no longer
appears when plugged in? ditto for camera, and maybe why USB printer seems
often not to work, unless I do the localhost:631 stuff? For thumbdrive I can
access as a file, ie, /media/THUMBDRIVE, but does not just appear as it used
to.
