You may add a source for the updates (if you dont use suseregister),
which is in the old style mirrors (pre 10.0), and Im not aware of any
list of those mirrors...

I'm not sure if we understand eachother. I want to add to under the
Installation Source in Yast for instance for KDE update.
I have seen before such examples that shows many updates. Where can I
find that latest ones for SuSE 10.1
