[opensuse] DNS not responding through firewall

Hello,

I set up DNS to on Suse 9.3 and it is not responding to requests coming
through the firewall (Mikrotik). Everything else is coming through the
firewall, mail, ftp, web, .etc., so its not the firewall. I can get DNS
requests to respond from the server from the local LAN, but not externally.
The firewall is off on the DNS server.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,

James
