the idea is if any other except my boss of course try make a login with

than 5 login with wrong password the system erase all home of this user

and how do you know what user try to enter your root account?

If you really have the mean to know that, wouldn't it be better to send him a message flagging this and saying that he can be fired in case it do again?

one, encrypt this information or erase this

encripting is fairly easy, but if anybody discover the pass, he will see the infos. removing the info, of course, makes it unaccessible (but this mean more that simply deleting the files)

is a lot of less destructive that this information fly away

I think you should read about security, there are very good books on the subject (I'm not an expert).

However it's an evidence that if a people is rejected for wrong pass, he didn't enter the system and so the data was safe. if he enters, it's too late

basic idea would be to encrypt, use a very strong password, modified frequently (and saved on a safe place) or better any electronic key/badge/digital print

but I was said that the best place for sensitive data is on non connected/wired computer, held in a safe room...
