K3B is not the issue KaudioCreator is the app involved. Unless I'm
missing something obvious permissions appear identical

So, there's two files with seemingly identical attributes, but you can copy
one and not the other.

Wierd.

Stupid question - have you deleted it and tried re-ripping it?
