[opensuse] Using sudo for everything

Hi,
I want to split normal root user from batch (cron) jobs, so I created a new
user (TJOBS00) with the same group and rights. I also modified sudo so the
new user can execute any command. Using daily cron, I get this errors:

Maybe there is not enough disk space.

Is there a way to use sudo for all commands automatically?
