I am currently using SuSE and like to be able use myisamcheck when
start up mysql. Is there a command that I can added to my init.d
script that would do that.

OT: Problems importing SQL queries - drifting off in another direction... ... Someone gave has given me a SQL export of the data and table definition required for an OpenSource web app to transfer the data from a dev box to a live box. ... What I am trying to do is to upload files and stuff them in a mysql database.... using the load_file command from mysql command line as 'root' works and i can download the inserted file ok. ... I copied the temporary file to somewhere else, and then handed it to MySQL..THAT WORKED.. ... Is there a way to force a close on the file..maybe that's the problem Mysql is opening a file that is not flushed to disk maybe? ... (comp.lang.php)
