[opensuse] nmccollector / segfault

Hi there,

I'm running:
----
blue:/var/log # uname -a
Linux blue 2.6.18.8-0.1-default #1 SMP Fri Mar 2 13:51:59 UTC 2007 x86_64
x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

blue:~ # cat /etc/SuSE-release
openSUSE 10.2 (X86-64)
VERSION = 10.2
----

and noticed these messages in /var/log/message:

----
Mar 9 16:05:05 blue kernel: nmccollector[7923]: segfault at
00000000b3a93d1c rip 000000000045eec7 rsp 00000
000b3a93d24 error 6
----

At first I thought that they where related to the kernel update I had this
morning but looking back I found I have thes ever since I installed.

----
blue:/var/log # grep collector messages | more
Feb 15 13:54:20 blue kernel: nmccollector[31941]: segfault at

----

Here is the last snippet from DMESG, it ends w. the same msg;

WHat is causing this & how do I fix this?
(I'm not that good at linux, I'm using the machine for studying Oracle not

Thanks,
