[opensuse] File copy boring issue

Hi People,
when I copy any file on a nfs directory it slows down and suddenly stall
after about 300 MB.
/etc/fstab looks like:
host:/data /data nfs noauto,user,soft,rsize=8192,wsize=8192 0 0
/etc/exports:
/data/ *(rw,root_squash)
I tried also with the async option but nothing improved.
