I had no problem with the subscribe address. I've tried sending the mail
directly from here via SMTP, and via the web interface at myrealbox.com.
Neither got a response. Since those are completely different paths that
share no common points, it shouldn't be anything filtered here.

They share common provider, are they?
Or even better, filtering email is so common today.

If the only problem is unsubscribing I would resort to Patrick's advice, but
if one email is lost than you have problem with your provider that has to be
addressed too.
