hi,
As far as I see, release notes for 10.3 forget to mention two
important features of the new release - VMI enabled kernel, that
improve performance on VMware and Lessons for Lizards - the new
community documentation effort for openSUSE.
We do not mention everything in the Release Notes - there would be far
too much to add. We mention major changes where behaviour is different
- the rest can be mentioned elsewhere.
Whom to talk about this?
In general: Bugzilla, component Release Notes
