It's a minority preference, to be sure (and not one I share).
The option is called "Focus Follows Mouse" vs. "Click to Focus" and is
configured in the KDE control center (naturally):
Control Center
-> Desktop
--> Window Behavior
---> Focus (tab)
----> Policy: (pop-up)
...
Trouble is, I can't find it again. I've looked everywhere I can
think of, and can't find any such option anywhere. Does anyone here
recognize the option I'm talking about, and remember where that is?
