No, but I actually installed both KDE & Gnome on my home computer so I could
play with GNOME when I want to. On these other machines, there is only Gnome.

started life as a 10.2 install which has been upgraded to 10.3, whereas
the new machines are a totally fresh install of 10.3).
My 10.3 systems are all fresh installs and up to date, and play all the
usual multimedia - but I merely added the packman repo and then added
the apps I wanted (amarok, xine, mplayer, kaffeine, w32codecs) rather
than the blind "one-click" method.
