[opensuse] GUI PDF Editing

Is there any PDF tools in Linux that I can use to combine PDF files into one
document? I have searched and all I can find are command line tools such as
ghostscript.
I'd like something like Acrobat that allows one to insert a document into an
existing document then rearrange the pages.
KPDF doesn't seem to have this functionality.
