[opensuse] KDE4 repositories

Which KDE4 repositories should I use for upgrading KDE4? I'm running SuSE 10.3
and the current version of kde4 I have installed is 4.0.66

I know there are two repositories for KDE4 STABLE and UNSTABLE. I've tried
using
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/UNSTABLE:/Desktop/openSuSE_10.3
and it's Stable equivalent (plus Extra-apps & Community)
Looking in the i586 directory shows version 4.0.69, but for some reason my
system does not upgrade?

I'm using smart.
