What can we do to improve SuSE? Look at the user experience from
Ubuntu. I try to play an MP3 file and with 1 click it will install the
MP3 codec. Opensuse will just take me to a wiki page where I click a
link or two and then it adds packman and installs the package. Too
much of a hassle -- some people don't read and thus could get
frustrated.
That might be the beginning of a new wiki page (unless it's already
there) - What can we do to improve openSUSE?
Ah, but isn't this why there is now a new employee at Novell with the title of Community Manager (who hasn't been heard from after the initial several days of his "honeymoon period" when he was posting in this forum promising that he WILL be 'listening'!) :-) .
(What IS his name, BTW?)
Ciao.
