Ah, but isn't this why there is now a new employee at Novell with the title
of Community Manager (who hasn't been heard from after the initial several
days of his "honeymoon period" when he was posting in this forum promising
that he WILL be 'listening'!) :-) .

(What IS his name, BTW?)

I've seen him pop up just recently over of the Factory mailing list.
