[opensuse] VLAN & SUSE



Yesterday, I was setting up some switches that were configured with multiple VLANs. It made me wonder if it's possible to configure a NIC to be part of a VLAN, instead of requiring a switch port to be configured for that VLAN. If so, the computer could be plugged into any available trunk port, rather than a specific VLAN port.
