Hello,
Hello,
I've install deepview (http://www.expasy.org/spdbv) in Opensuse10.3 (i386)
with success. After run the installation script and run spdbv in a terminal,
I have:
pc406-23:/opt/SPDBV/bin # ./spdbv
No response from any other spdbv process.
Becoming master.
spdbv.Linux: xcb_lock.c:77: _XGetXCBBuffer: Assertion `((int) ((xcb_req) -
(dpy->request)) >= 0)' failed.
./spdbv: line 44: 26290 Aborted
$SPDBV_BASE/bin/$SPDBV_RELEASE.$ARCH $*
Has someone installed deepview under OpenSuse 10.3 ?
I have no experience with deepview, but you could try this to solve
your proble. I'm experience with this problem while running Netbeans
on openSUSE 10.3.
run on konsole or append this on your bash_profile
export LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK=1
