The concept and the consequences / evidence of this tactic were not new
to me, but somehow I'd never seen that term before you mentioned it
earlier today.
Same here.
Odd, I learned the term Joe Job before the term backscatter was in
common usage.
Any email address that appears on a web page just gets hammered
with this kind of stuff.
Spamassassin makes it so I never see this stuff.
