I enabled Automatic Online Updates yesterday and it works fine for me.

(pcre and boost are not yet released, but in the local test queue for 11.0)

The only reason I asked was because I am use to 10.3 sending a message through
the mail program even if there was nothing for it to do and in 11.0 there is
nothing.
