For some reason unexplained, after the most recent round of updates, I
am now asked to confirm each file deletion or each overwrite of a
file. What setting does this and why did it change during the last
round of updates? (/etc/bashrc? /etc/profile?)
It also may be the result of downgrading the kernel from Jan's latest
that always includes hxtools. Any help would be appreciated. Having to
answer 'y' all the time is a pain...
Not unexplained, hxtools sets it,
/etc/hxtools_profile.sh
"alias rm=/bin/rm -i"
among other of Jan's preferences
