[opensuse] Seamonkey goes autistic

On OpenSuSE 10.3 on i386 laptop/platform
From a week ago or so I am seeing Seamonkey going autistic. It doesnot refresh the window and I get a watch-cursor rotating. I also
notice that the wireless icon on the laptop is on continuously. If I
kill and restart the same pages work. Does not seem to be taking any
CPU. Binary have dates early June (6 or 8)
Is anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions?
