Where did you find 4.1.1? As far as I can see, OBS only contains 4.1.0, and
from reading kde.org, 4.1.1 hasn't been released yet (it's been tagged, but
not yet released), so I have to guess you're running your own build from svn.

In this case, you have a choice between reporting the problem to the kde
developers, or - if you're a developer - fixing it yourself
