[opensuse] Tvcard and usbwebcam: an Impossible Marriage?




Dear Friends

i have big trouble with my TV card and my usb webcam. I can not use two item
together.

TV pci card

this is the work done out until now
my TV card (chip saa7134) is recognize automatically in suse 11 (but not in
10.3) and it do not need any manual configuration. I usually user tvtime
My webcam require the driver gspcav1-20071224.tar.gz to work

webcam Just installed work very well togheter with tv card but after th
reboot my tvcard disappeared and tvtime recognized my webcam 8exactly tvtime
said hat is impossible open the output Pixart Imaging

I putted sa7134 and gspca in my blacklist and now i can chose which module
start and so i can chose if use webcam or see tv but hover not together

Interesting if I load the TVcard module amsn and gqcam showing television has
webcam, and If i load gspca my tv car disappear (is not important if I have
loaded before tv card module)
This issues appear too hard for me!!!
