[opensuse] Can't install MPlayer from Pacman

I just did a clean install of 11.0 using the KDE3 LiveCD. When I try
to install MPlayer from the pacman repo I get an error saying that

libcucul.so.0

is needed but that nothing provides this. I had MPlayer installed on
this same machine before from the pacman repo with no problem using
this same livecd. If anyone has a suggestion, I'd appreciate it.
Thanx
