[opensuse] RE: KDE Desktop KDE4 - Assign Transparency

Hey There,
Could someone please help me to
1. Assign transparency on panels
2. Assign an External Taskbar panel above the default panel and system
tray bottom of screen.
in KDE4 Opensuse 11.0
