Btw, zypper seems to log the equivalent vendors in /etc/log/zypper.log:

[zypp::VendorAttr] VendorAttr.cc(addVendorDirectory):212 /etc/zypp/vendors.d not found.
[zypp::VendorAttr] VendorAttr.cc(VendorAttr):150 Equivalent vendors:
[zypp::VendorAttr] VendorAttr.cc(VendorAttr):154 opensuse (group 2)
[zypp::VendorAttr] VendorAttr.cc(VendorAttr):154 suse (group 2)
