No it won't. It's virtually devoid of any such information.

the article only say that one can use ext4 on ext3 file system
(migration), but there is no way back (impossible to use ext3 on ext4
file system).

No discussion of the expected avatages (even worst, the article say
that some kind of advantages where dropped in favor of the easy migration)
