also plenty of professionals.

Software professionals, sure. Tax lawyers and accountants? That would
surprise me a bit. I'd be shocked if there were enough of them to do an
acceptable job at it.

While I don't know any, I also don't know of any projects looking for them.

I don't see any a priori reason professionals in those fields would avoid
open-source projects.
