[opensuse] Changing plasma-theme via kde system settings

Hello everybody,

when I select another plasma-theme within the kde4 system settings
nothing happens. All the theme items get different values (according
to the selected plasma-theme), but the Apply-Button still is grayed
out. I do not think that this is the way it is supposed to be. Has
anybody the same problem?

Any hints are welcome!
