I often find, when someone makes such an unusual request, they're taking
the wrong tack on solving a problem.
Hummmm possible but what problem unless there is a suspect DHCP server
popping up , Had one similar to that a couple of years ago on a fairly large
internet connected network good fun.
Linux solved it thou :-) .
