There are both versions, gtk and qt.

added to it and which one is the "real" one?
Who knows.
They are different repos, all are real, managed by different people for different purposes.
I haven't seen documented how the names of the repos are chosen, nor how you can contact the manager of any repo, not a full list of all repos and their purpose.
