[opensuse] Playing DVDs with Kaffeine in openSUSE 11.1, 64 bits with KDE 4.3

For some time I have noticed that Kaffeine (both kde3 and kde4 versions)
are no longer usable to play DVDs. Kaffeine is able to play the begining of
the DVD, but when I try to access the menu it freses. Now I rely completely on
MPlayer, but I need to open manually each video file.

Could you confirm this problem and give some hints how to solve it ?
