[opensuse] update to factory kde4 for 11.2 broke feh -- that's strange??

Devs,

I updated kde to kde4 factory on 11.2
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.2/
and for some reason Imlib2 is now hosed and feh bombs trying to show a png
image:

file format
feh - No loadable images specified.

I'm just scratching my head on this one. What could have happened to Imlib2?
Missing so link? Where should I start looking for meaningful information on
this? (I'll look through the rpm database, but other than that what to do?)
