Better ignore it because it requires a lot of other software
around it so that it can work and I do not provide RPMs
for all those other software so that you may end up with
a nice new kind of headache regarding printing setup:
"Set up a reliably working printer accounting solution!"

If you like to stay to be "a happy user", I recommend
to avoid the printer accounting snakepit and be happy
with the estimate page count in /var/log/cups/page_log
