Like zypper but I am a little in sorrow after receiving the
information, "164 packages to downgrade."
For the moment I have left my installation unchanged, especially
after Yast told me that everything was fine after looking into
update all installed packages.
Can somebody tell me if I should downgrade 164 packages?

This happens when a repo is not available by any reasons.
Have a look what packages will be downgraded, and you will know what
repo is missing.

For the momet do a zypper up , instead off zypper dup
