Can someone please help me understand what this means?
Is it something about the priority/severity of the bug that makes the fixed
package not show up as an update?
I mean it seems pretty clear to me, that
* the package is broken as shipped with the distribution
* the fixed package should show up as a regular update
so why doesn't it?
