If there are follow up questions then who will answer those? We aren't
familiar with the issue -- you are.
Ideally there are no duplicate bug reports and all bug reports are
perfectly documented, but that is not going to happen. So its better
to have some incomplete, not detailed and duplicate bug reports, than
none at all due to an irrational fear of "not being able to answer a
question"
