Just upgraded to opensuse 11.3 and KMail Version 1.13.5
Using KDE Development Platform 4.4.4 (KDE 4.4.4) "release 2".
The problem still exists - bug 245943
i've now updated the comments on 230072 with my issue in case its relevant
