I missed the extra pages! The solution is to add

DISPLAYMANAGER_ROOT_LOGIN_LOCAL="yes"

to /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager

That one!

Now I can destroy my system from the comfort of my favorite GUI.

And, more importantly, test a rendering issue.
