Err... Would that be kde3 or kde4? I don't know the answer

i'm running kde4(opensuse 11.3)

file association changes made by users should be either
under ~/.kde, or
~/.kde4. Possibly /var/tmp/kdecache-<user>.

yeah i'm aware it's probably under ~/.kde4 but not sure exactly which file it is. hopefully somebody knows.
