Surely you don't have to do it manually by deleting the theme
directory under .kde4/share/apps/desktoptheme/, do you? I mean that works,
but that doesn't seem like a real solution... that's just hacking out part
of the .kde4 directory. Isn't there a button for it?
Configure Desktop > Workspace Appearance > Desktop Theme > Get New Themes
Find the theme you want to remove and click Uninstall
It's exactly the same process to remove wallpapers you install via
Desktop Settings > View > Get New Wallpapers.
